In a new Developer Blog Paul Marino discusses his role as Lead Cinematic Designer for SWTOR. He discusses the importance of setting, getting the right motion capture, using sound effects, music, and voice acting – all to create the effect of watching a movie rather than reading quest text. Included in the update are two video clips which feature the conversation wheel choices of the player. Nothing like watching a pompous aristocrat getting his teeth handed to him by a Bounty Hunter!
