James Ohlen wants to know your Star Wars fantasy. Okay, after all the slave-outfit Leia scenarios or even those fantasies about Han…what would you like to see in the game? Now mind you he is asking a specific question and wants you to vote in the forum poll.

- First look at Patch 1.2 UI Customizations
I am very excited for this. Yes, many of you are saying this should have been in at launch and probably right. All that aside, this is a great addition to SWTOR. It allows you to almost move and resize any part of the UI…without add-ons. You will be able to save your setup and use it with your other characters. On top of that, the save file can be shared with friends. What do you think of the UI customizations? Was there something you saw in the video with Michael Voigt that you really like or even something you might not like? - SWTOR is offering another Weekend Pass
Who says there is no free “launch?” Starting Thursday through Monday, you can try SWTOR for free or maybe invite that friend who has yet to give the game a try. This is another great opportunity to play in the SWTOR Universe and it won’t cost anything…in this economy there are not many opportunities to get something free. Bioware is making the offer, all you need to do is go to the official Weekend Pass article, read the directions, download the game and soon enough you will be starting your SWTOR journey!

This week we look at a new edition to Dimbo the Trooper saga…Taris part twelve. The time we find Dimbo needing to help his “attachment”, as Zotta would say, find her parents. Again there is a lot powerful writing in a relatively short piece. Dimbo the writer does a great job drawing you into this world of just when you think there might be some happiness or relief…you are quickly reminded of the conflicts and tragedies, even in the everyday life, throughout the galaxy. I urge to read this latest edition and see what you think. Here is a small excerpt.
I got a tray of food and found him sitting alone at a table near a window. It had just started to rain outside when Zotta said, “Late night last night huh?”
I smiled, “Lechelle and I went to the cantina and listened to the new band.”
Zotta started to say something about attachments when Lechelle burst into the Mess, a couple of sentries where running after her, “Miss you can’t be in here, Miss!” she had changed into her normal cloths and she looked worried.
“Dimbo!” she yelled, “I have to find him.”
I stood up, “It’s ok sentries, I’ve got it, I’m over here Lechelle.” She sighed relieved to have found me.
“Dimbo, they’re gone…they’re gone and I can’t find them.”

Don’t you just love the lighting and abilities you have in SWTOR as a Sith Inquisitor? Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to get some of that same feeling in real life? Well the folks at ThinkGeek.com have the item for you, as you can see in this link. Now mind you, the hoodie is not actually advertised as a Sith Inquisitor hoodie, but when you see the video below, you will see why I got that idea.
Didn’t I tell you? I would so love to have one of those…besides being just cool it would make a handy light at night when pushing my wheelchair lol. I can just imagine the looks at seeing a glowing hoodie go rolling by in the middle of a dark parking lot! 🙂
