  1. Great show, as always, ladies and Elearic. I’m with you guys, I really want to see this game succeed but it seems they are missing a lot of things that people have been screaming for. It sounds like some of them are going to be addressed in 1.3, a least. I did want to mention that we got a live GM in game to respond and resolve a ticket our ops group submitted. We were doing a speed run of nightmare KP for the title and cleared in about 80 minutes. We wiped on 1 boss which cleared our timer on some of our characters but we didn’t worry about it until we killed Karagga. Once he was killed, only the people who still had the timer got the title and the rest did not. We submitted a ticket and got a response from a GM in about 10 minutes who looked it over and promptly granted us our titles. It was pretty amusing sitting on the fleet and be granted the achievement but I was pleasantly surprised at the response and resolution of the issue. Just wanted to point it out. Looking forward to next week!

  2. I am thrilled to hear you actually had a live person address your ingame issue. I would love to see more of that. That gives the personal touch.

  3. I confirm. I had someone who kept harassing and threatening me ingame. I opened a ticket and about 30 seconds later a GM answered me! Let’s say I was totally surprised. I chatted with the GM and eventually they warned the other player to stop or he’d be banned.

P.S. This is one of your best podcasts so far. So full of truth, great ideas, wisdom. Btw, I don’t pvp at all but I do feel bad for the pvpers.

  4. I forgot to write this: Bioware, if someone from your staff is listening to the CRR podcast, take notes right now! Everything those two women and the pizza guy are telling are priceless! Follow their suggestions and you’ll make hundreds of thousands of SWTOR players happy!

  5. I’m disappointed that I didn’t hear Elearic say one comment that had to be bleeped…. I know how passionate he is… don’t screw up pvp’n with him… you’ll get a cool nickname that will never die…. 🙂

As some of you know, I’ve been away from the game for a while now… and it sounds likes the issues that the endgame had haven’t gotten any better but have gotten worse due to population imbalances and lack of stuff to do at endgame.

This was a concern of the community (forums) before the game was released and unfortunately, the “trolls” were right in some aspects…. I didn’t want an alt… I wanted to raid and work on achievement type things…. run FPs alot…. but that wasn’t really possible. So I took to pvp with some coaching from your guest star this week and we were all having a blast… then they changed everything and now it appears dead…..

Hope they work the stuff out as I’d be willing to give it a shot if I could do some fun stuff with my friends again….

  6. Sam-
I am so glad you had someone actually answer you, but did they show up ingame or did you just get a typed response? I am THRILLED about the response time. I have never had that quick of a response. I hope that is a trend!
Thank you for your support of our conversation. We love SWTOR! We was this game to be the best game on the market. I would rather have to fight people off with purple lightning because there are too many people than not enough. We need some minor (but significant) changes NOW, not 2 or 3 months from now.

  7. Tyler!!!
Where have you been! Don’t count SWTOR out for the count yet. There are still a lot of wonderful people working at BioWare to make this a better game. My prayer is that they can get it done fast enough. Now get back ingame! LOL

  8. Where was the Sith or Jedi Challange… I gotta keep my score rolling!

  9. Great podcast as usual you guys.

Wanted to let you know that in-game GMs do exist – I randomly ran into one on Ord Mantell and managed to get a screen shot – they look like a robot from Mass Effect. I unfortunately did not mouse over the buffs she/he was sporting when I took the screen shot (link below) – however the swirlies on the right hand side was something like Invulnerability – 100% invulnerable to incoming damage. Note they are a Consular on Ord Mantell at level 2 – for anyone who is not convinced this was a GM (all you doubting thomas’)

I did not have a problem – they were there helping another player. I gave them a buff and a salute and they said hello – it was neat seeing them (this was a couple of months ago)
