HoloNet Links #128
Good thing BioWare added animal mounts and I got my Tauntaun, with all this crazy winter weather it was like most of North America was Hoth. As some of us thaw out, 2014 keeps moving forward. Early Access for Galactic Starfighter has been going over a month now for qualified subscribers. Next up, will be access for Preferred Status users on January 14th, 2014, less than a week away!

- Dev notes
My name is Tait Watson and I am the newest member of the Community team here at BioWare Austin! I will be taking over a number of the things that Amber Green did previously, so I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself before you started seeing me show up on the forums. One of the many things I will be doing (and the part that will be most apparent) is gathering information for the development team through the Bug Report forums, so you will primarily find me hanging out in there.
I have been gaming for the better part of 20 years, and I have been playing Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ since its launch. I’m a huge PVE fan, and tend to spend a lot of time doing Flashpoints and Operations, but I also compete in my fair share of Warzones. I have way too many alts, but I’m okay with that!
It’s such an honor to be able to work on something that I’ve been following for so long, and it’s going to be amazing getting to come into work with the team here in Austin and interacting with all of you on the forums.
I look forward to hanging out with you all!
Hard to see anybody move on, but Amber Green will still be hard at work for BioWare in Austin. With that, we welcome Tait Watson to the Community Team and get ready for the forums mobs wanting immediate fixes, trolls, but there are a few constructive posts. Just teasing, but seriously watch out for the trolls.

Not at all. We are currently planning to have Cantina Tours around NYCC and PAX East.
This year we are going to continue trying to have a Cantina Tour once a month. We are extending these tours to cities that do not have major conventions as well.
As we mentioned above, Community Cantina will be going next to Phoenix. However, thanks to Courtney Woods and the forums posters we also know that they will be in Atlanta, GA and also trying to plan stops around New York Comic-Con and PAX East. They also mention possibly extending to cities that currently don’t have any major conventions. If you get a chance to go to a Community Cantina close to your area, go! The one I attended was a blast and I am looking forward to the next one in my area to attend!

- SWTOR Music video
This week we have a video from Youtube user Capo Marmaglia. The video is entitled The Republic will never Fall. The music is completely instrumental and has a dark and serious tone to it. To me the music set the stage as the Republic was scrambling after the Sith invasion of Korriban and the surprise attack on the homeworld of the Republic, Coruscant. Although, the serious tone also speaks to how the Republic never faltered and kept meeting each challenge by the Sith Empire. The video, aside from its music, is very well edited and several amazing story cutscenes clips, mixed clips from Flashpoints/Operations and even in-game footage. Take a look and see what you think of this video and be sure to watch it all the way through for a short and funny character/companion exchange.
That’s all for this week! If you have a particular link, story, video, or topic related to SWTOR we would love to hear about it! You can send those to us here at Corellian Run Radio and we can place it in a future article. Just email us the links and/or the details for the event at email@example.com, or you can also leave any link suggestions in the comments below, or in Corellian Run Radio’s Facebook group. See you all in two weeks!
