Speculation is over — we get ships! They will be our base of operations, our mode of transportation, and a gathering space for socializing with friends. Companion characters will live on the ship when not traveling with you. Your player class determines the type of ship you will fly.

CORELLIAN DEFENDER-CLASS LIGHT CORVETTE
CLASS: Jedi Knight, Jedi Consular. The Jedi Order had this ship custom-designed to meet its unique needs as envoys for the Republic. Inside, travelers will find diplomatic meeting rooms, conference rooms with a secure Holocron communications system, even a medical bay. In these dangerous times, no ship is safe without a way to defend itself, so the Defender is equipped with shields and twin-turbo lasers.
