Have you seen this Jedi Master?

The Jedi Master was last spotted prior to Patch 1.2 and Rakghoul Outbreak. This reporter went in search and started at the Jedi Temple on Tython. After surveying the on-going struggle with the Flesh Raiders, I made my way to the Jedi Temple. Everyone seemed to be going about their business as usual. I was told to meet the very Jedi Master, Master Muheeda, I was seeking to receive training. Upon reaching the upper level of the temple and making my way to the Holocron Library, I saw Master Muheeda…or was it?

James Ohlen is again asking for the community’s input. This time the subject is Open World PVP. I know that there are many, many people that have some strong feelings on this issue. The important thing to remember is to be constructive with your ideas and try and limit the number of posts to his Twitter, @JamesOhlen or the new forum thread. Speaking of the new thread, there will also be a poll regarding Open World PVP. So if you have had issues with Open World PVP and have a suggestion on how Bioware can improve it…now is your time to act.

A PTS Warzone Event tonight, & much more after the Jump…

SWTOR testing anyone?

Bioware makes a couple of announcements about needing experienced players and guilds for testing of new 1.2 patch content. First we have the post by Joveth Gonzalez asking for experienced guilds to help with the testing. This is a huge announcement which in my opinion demonstrates Bioware is listening to the community and hearing guilds that want to be a part of testing the higher level content before it goes live.

More game testing info and plenty of SWTOR links after the Jump… Continue reading »

Our top story on HoloNet Links has to do with an announcement from Drew Karpyshyn. After twelve years with Bioware, Drew is officially retiring from the company and video game developing. He let his fans know in his blog February 15th. Drew talks in the blog entry how he plans to use the time for other projects, writing novels, screenplays and playing some more golf.

If you don’t know by now and I’m sure you do, but if you have not heard Bioware is getting ready for the official of a small little game, called Star Wars: The Old Republic. Early game access started this past Tuesday the 13th of December, for those that pre-ordered the game. Each day they have been sending out emails letting players know when they can begin their saga. In dev notes, we will look at some news concerning this, more servers and also get into other news in the SWTOR community. For instance, one guild is holding a little 1v1 dueling tournament…& yes you have to read to find out more 😉

More about 1v1 dueling tournament, dev notes, & much more after the Jump…
