Mass Effect: To Shepard or Not To Shepard

Last year, Mass Effect producer Casey Hudson said Bioware was interested in the possibility of a Mass Effect motion picture. Besides a confirmation of its development by Legendary Pictures, little has been said of the project since. O.M.G. We Get to Shoot Each Other From Spaceships!

It’s been confirmed! Even though SWTOR fans fell short on the Facebook/Twitter Challenge (200,000 Facebook Likes & 30,000 Twitter followers), Sean Dahlberg took pity on us and announced that space combat will be a totally happening and officially confirmed thing.

Says Sean, “Space combat is an alternative gameplay experience to the primary game of storytelling, questing, and ground-based combat. In space combat, you fly your personal ship to various “hot spots” on your galaxy map. From there, you will blast your way through asteroid fields, enemy fighters, frigates, destroyers, and a variety of other obstacles….”
