Deirdre and Carla are BACK! Due to computer issues beyond Carla’s control (her computer blew up!) we were unable to record our podcast the past couple of weeks. While Carla’s computer is still at the retailer for warranty repairs or replacement, this podcast was recorded using Carla’s MacBook Pro. The audio quality is not up to our usual standard, but we hope you enjoy it!

This podcast we chat about patch 1.2.3, return of Fan Friday, Nightmare Pilgrim issues, and so much more. Now if Carla can only figure out what the correct date is, all will be right with the world. LOL

Fan Friday, EuroGamer Update, and Collector’s Edition Overview

Our update this Friday is a triple play to not only include the Fan Friday highlights, but EuroGamer update and Collector’s Edition overview as well.

The Fan Friday highlights this week starts off with some incredible fan art by MasamuneX which includes one painting from the gallery of Darth Lanfear of an Imperial Trooper and one from Dreddon of a Bounty Hunter on Nar Shaddaa. Then we take a peek at more concept art. Not only do we get to see the concept of the Sith Capital ship that is seen in the “Return” trailer, but also the Imperial and Republic Troop Transports seen in the Alderaan Warzone and more. It’s amazing how strong an effect some music and moving words can have. The opening text crawl has been a hallmark of Star Wars since the space opera’s very beginning, and nothing can give you the blissful, excited feel of the original movies like John Williams and yellow text. Fortunately, we’ll get that same feel from all eight classes in the game, explained in today’s Fan Friday update.
