Fun fact: this was Brandon Miletta’s debut video, as Tweeted by Senior Community Manager Stephen Reid.  Of course, we know he didn’t do it all on his own – we’re just excited to see a former community member take his first flight.  Kudos to the entire video team for creating these fantastic mini-movies.  They’re always a hit with the fans.

Back in November BioWare hosted a Jedi Immersion Day and invited members of the press and fansite community to get a first look at the Jedi Knight and Jedi Consular.  These lucky few got a chance at some serious gameplay time.  On December 15th, BioWare lifted the news embargo and the SWTOR community has been flooded with articles, videos, gameplay impressions.  Here are some of our favorite reveals:

Republic Capitol Ship, Senior Concept Artist Ryan Dening

We got a second video this week!  Developer Dispatch, “Designing the Light Side,” features interviews with writers and artists as they discuss the choices made for Jedi Knight and Consular in appearance, gear design, visual combat effects, and more.  And yes, the male Jedi Consular looks even more amusing than the female in that funky headgear!  Please oh please may we have Show/Don’t Show Helm option.
